My name is Myles Noton, I am a Web Developer / Designer & Photographer based in London

As the sheer magnitude of my workload becomes clear, focus is something I am finding it hard to conjure up right now, the light at the end of the tunnel is visible, I can almost reach out and touch it, but there is something holding me back from this symbolic event, the next few weeks will try my already floundering patience, stress levels will be raised, probably to a near critical level…

Any enthusiasm that I once had has been sucked out of me, like a Hoover sucking all of the dirt out of a rather old and dirty carpet. There were times when I enjoyed doing the work, although monotonous, certain parts were interesting…now, things have changed, even the little things send me into a downward spiral of exasperation, I just fail to see the point in some of the things that we are expected to do, looking at the ‘bigger picture’ these things just make no sense…

“Just one moment, can change everything”

I like this quote, many times I have walked down a street, wondering what things would be like if I wasn’t at that place at that exact time…

An analogy I like to use is the solar system, each person is represented by a planet, and the ‘point of contact’ is represented by the planetary orbits. Every person meets people during the course of the day that they will probably never see again, this may be while walking down the street, sitting on a bus or standing in a shop, the vast majority of people seen in these situations will never be seen again, this is where I say that the orbits have ‘crossed’ never to be repeated again, this of course is where the analogy doesn’t hold up since the planet would always stay on the same orbit and the meeting would occur again at some point, but other than that it serves the purpose pretty well…

I have to say that an enormous amount of my time is spent watching people….from the visits to the window and the strangely named ‘political corner’, I for some reason find this interesting, psychology is defiantly something that has interested me in recent months, and watching people in general gives me some interesting insights.
